HIRING PROCESS

Step 1

Initial Screening

Your resume will undergo a thorough evaluation, followed by a personality assessment. An initial interview with our Human Resources Recruiter will be scheduled. If you don’t advance past this stage, you’ll receive an email detailing when you can reapply for another opportunity.
Step 2

Department Review

If you pass the initial screening, your profile will be forwarded to the department head. They will assess your qualifications alongside other candidates. If shortlisted, you’ll receive an interview invitation, complete with a Pacific Standard Time (PST) calendar invite.
Step 3

Additional Requirements

Following the department interview, there may be a request for extra information or sample work. We’ll provide a clear deadline if such additional materials are needed.

Agreement Creation

If your application progresses, we’ll start drafting your agreement letter while conducting reference and background checks.

Agreement Letter Review

Once reference and background checks are successfully completed, we’ll send you the agreement letter for your review. Please carefully review all details, including salary, benefits, working conditions, and responsibilities.
Step 6

Final Steps

Upon signing the agreement, we’ll guide you through the remaining onboarding steps to finalize the hiring process and welcome you aboard.
